The hair spa was quick yet extremely efficient, no unnecessary delays, but also no rushing through the process. Our hair felt noticeably softer, healthier, and looked visibly refreshed immediately after. What we especially appreciated was how generous both Faizaan and Shubham were with sharing practical hair-care tips, tailored to our hair types and routines, without being pushy or sales-driven. The haircuts were equally impressive: fast, precise, and exactly what we asked for. They listened carefully and executed with confidence, which makes all the difference. The guy who did it (sorry didn’t catch the name but he deserves full credit!) was really skilled — the whole process was super relaxing, and the head massage? Outstanding! "Terrible experience at Toni & Guy. My mom was asked to leave midway through her manicure, to make way for someone who apparently had an “appointment”, that they had failed to mention when we entered. The technician had filed three nails, when he asked my mom to leave or get a blowout while he tended to the other client. I am at a loss of words. If you know you have an appointment, mention it upfront so we don’t have to leave the saloon with three clipped nails, and, if for some reason, you’ve decided to start, you should complete the manicure and do right by your client. Why on earth would they ask her to leave midway is beyond me. We’ve visited the saloon a bunch of times before, but this was definitely our last visit."
